    Have the possibility to unblock a list of compute nodes for all applications (usefull when compute nodes have encounter an issue, resolved, that impacted a set or all applications of the grid)

    [Resource Management Policy] Resource plan to allow Time Interval by Day

    Resource Plan currently allows Time Interval to be defined. This needs to be extended to allow definition based on day of the week. This will make it possible for Resource plans to be limited to weekdays or weekends depending on usage patterns.
