[Resource Management Policy] Resource plan to allow Time Interval by Day

Resource Plan currently allows Time Interval to be defined. This needs to be extended to allow definition based on day of the week. This will make it possible for Resource plans to be limited to weekdays or weekends depending on usage patterns.

    Calendar based resource plan is already on Symphony roadmap pipeline. Let's close this request track, and using Symphony roadmap to plan the development work.

    Moved this request under Symphony Roadmap as part of 'calendar based resource planning' project that is under consideration for the next release of Symphony. (After v7.2 Release)
