MSG_DATE format should follow $DBDATE if defined

Several customers would like the format of the date written to online.log when we have the MSG_DATE parameter defined/activated to follow the format of DBDATE.Currently it seems to follow the American standard (MONTH / DAY / YEAR2).

Change color of Summary label

When I create a summary visualisation in a dashboard (v 11.2.4), there is no way to change the color, font and style of the label (you can only hide it and change the text alignment). One should be able to style the label the same way as the title.

For Modify Utility, enhance to allow selecting SYSCOPY rows by TYPE (full, incremental) and DSN pattern (DBP.DB2.ICWKY*), Modify should also delete rows where there are no media.

Need to delete rows for Incremental ICs which are kept 14 days while the Fulls are 30 days. Can't do that using the current product.
