Ability for the end users to delete comments they added using the Add Comment feature

There is a functionally gap with the Add Comment feature. The users need the ability to delete their own comments. They use this feature during our budgeting process.

Edit Option for Custom Calculations in PAW

There is no option to edit the calculation that created in the planning analytics workspace, only way to edit is to remove and recreate a new calculation again.
