Make Dynamic Cubes available to be used with Cognos Analytics 11 on Cloud

Db2 for z/OS: Change SETCURRENTVERSION via Reorg

Now, the Repair Utility with option SETCURRENTVERSION has to be used, to change all v0 tables to the highestVersion. Unfortunately this action is not concurrent. It would be better to have the the opportunity to do that with an online reorg.
