Ability to hide/filter out rows in a crosstab without the crosstab summary totals changing

Users need the ability to exclude (filter out) a line item in a cross tab but still have the amount from that line item be included in the summary total. Currently when you exclude the line, the summary total is reduced by the amount of the line.

Add API to trigger schedules

For a long time Cognos has had the ability to trigger schedules using the trigger.bat utility. This however is very ouydated and impractical to run in orchestrators such as Apache Airflow. I wish for an API that can be called to trigger schedules.

Ability to download Uploaded files

Currently there is option to refresh uploaded file. However we cant download file which is uploaded already. The best way it can be fixed is to have download option against uploaded file like one available for themes now.
