IIDR support for Microsoft SQLServer RDS on Amazon Web Services

Currently IIDR does not support Microsoft SQL Server on AWS (Amazon Webservices) when choosing for the RDS (managed database). This due to the bulkadmin role that does not exist within RDS.

Informix Connection Manager should print full timestamp (%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S) in logfile
