Change REST API Error Messages So That They Reflect Security Access

When a user does not have access to an object the REST API returns an error that the object does not exist. This is confusing and makes troubleshooting difficult. The API should return an Access Denied error if there is no security access.

CDC for Oracle support replicate rowid from source oracle database to target side

CDC for AS400 can replicate RRN from AS400 to target database, OGG can replicate rowid from Oracle to target. CDC for Oracle should support replicating rowid, it is very useful when no primary key in the source table , it can helps data reliable.
