Support for columns with names longer than 30 characters

DVM currently fails when attempting to create virtual tables over source tables with column names longer than 30 characters. DBMS's including Postgres, Oracle and DB2 LUW allow for longer column names.

Add support for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 15 with Db2 11.1

Our Linux team has already moved all our Linux platforms, with the exception of Db2 platforms, from SLES version 12 to 15. As there is no actual Db2 version that supports SLES 15, the concerned platforms cannot be upgraded.
