Workbooks can be bookmarked, but workbenches cannot. Now that a lot of functionality that used to be available in workbooks is only available in workbenches, it's necessary to have quick access to specific workbenches that are related to workbooks...

When I open a book and someone else is editing that book, I want to see a message that the book is being edited. (When I edit a book and want to save it, I notice when someone else opens and edits the same book at the same time)
