Please provide a Zparm to specify the maximum amount of bufferpool storage DB2 may aquire for all of the bufferpools.

DB2 must not abend RC00F3040A when allied address spaces goes on end-of-memory in must complete operations or holding latch

In case of an allied address space going on end-of-memory with its agents are in must complete operation or still holding any latch, DB2 subsystem must be able to handle this situation keeping the data integrity not abending 04F RC00F3040A.
