Adapt PAW to corporate identity

Regarding «corporate usability» PAW should provide a way to adapt the start page to corporate identity of a company, e.g. you should be able to replace this IBM Watson banner by a company graphic or place a company logo somewhere.

Partial Refresh for Planning Analytics Excel

Partial book formula report evaluations, at a reduced data tier memory cost. Basically for the "REFRESH SHEET" to only refresh selected sheet and not every other tab that has links to said sheet.
