User Preference on Dimensions

In TM1 Web, we have previously setup user preference cubes so we can default Department or Business Unit dimensions to a users preferred Dept/BU. Or setup to write back to the cube based on the last dimension element they used. It made for a better experience during Budget/Forecast entry. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this in PAW books. Yes, we can sync within a particular book, but on large books with graphics, setting this sync and then changing, can be a performance hit. It also still doesn't provide the default by user.
