Changing ownership of asset

Have to add asset member individually in order to change ownership. The owner should be able to change the owner of the asset to anyone who has access to that catalog. They shouldn’t have to be a direct member of the asset

Allow for delimited values in row level filtering

Instead of "where column name = x OR where column name = y" allow for "where column name = x, y" should be able to add them in a list instead of separate actions
