Command to resolve in-place alters

Have a command "UPGRADE_IPA" which can be run against a table/fragment to resolve in-place alters. This should have an online option which utilizes small transactions.

Generate schema from SQL statement

In DB2 Connector stage it should be possible to generate the schema based on the (handcoded) Select statement. It could be an additional option of the Tools Button ("Generate schema/columns").

Allow LISTDEF to be used by REPAIR where appropriate at partition level that includes a range (1:50)

Allow LISTDEF with REPAIR, such as turning off AREO* (NOAREORPENDSTAR) at partition level. This would include a from partlevel to to partlevel. This would reduce the number of REPAIRs that need to be generated.
