New Authorization for SELECT all tables (DataSelect)

We use the DataAccess Auth to let Select. Insert, Update & Delete on all tables. But we'll appreciate also a new Auth for letting only Select on all tables. That's why we thought about the name DataSelect.

Avoid Reorg Abends by improving estimation of average row length

Today, for estimating the average row length being passed to sort, REORG gets that from catalog statistics with either AVGROWLEN or COMPRESSRATIO. The reason RTS stats is not used, is because RTS only contains the compressed data size.

Up to now a RENAME FOREIGN KEY is only possible by dropping and re-creating it, thus asking for a CHECK UTILITY to be run.The enhancement of the ALTER to a RENAME would make those actions superfluous and would be much faster.
