Search is not working as expected. I would expect an exact match to be first or at least at the top of the search results. Sometimes an exact match is listed 20th in the list. Usage of filters is irrelevant.

Enable Watch Rules in Cognos Analytics

We used to be able to create watch rules in Cognos 10X but that doesn't look like a case in Cognos Analytics. Customers can upgrade / import rules along with other content (Content Store) from C10 to C11 but they cannot create new rules.
