Format / customize "Insert Filter Text" in reporting

The "Insert Filter Text" function does not allow any formatting. For example, the year (integer) will be formatted as "2.019". It would be interesting to be able to change some display options.

Automatic Backup Tasks started from within the sysadmin-scheduler don't work on windows systems. The same problem with every other system-call. This is a Windows-specific problem. On Linux systems this works as intended.
