WKC granular metrics at asset level

Customer is interested in getting details on metrics like how many people accessed a particular asset. Baiscally their plan is to create a leadership board kind of tool to keep an eye which catalogs or assets are of high value to their end users.

Exclusive security for historical rates on journals
