System Audit Log - Detailed Extract

Quarterly SOX compliance requires detail (Company, Account, Amount) found when clicking "show details" button for each modified form within System Audit Log for a given period. Currently manually opening each entry to verify amendments made by specific users. Could this data, inclusive of further "show details" data be combined within one report extract to Excel? IE., with additional columns for the (Company, Account, Amount) modifications to each form. Would result in 1-2 hours of manual work saved each quarter for reviewer & myself.

    When a form for a given period is modified by a user, it appears in the System Audit Log as a "Data Entry" function. The extract from here is limited, in that only shows User, Date, & Form type. I would like to have a single report extract, to show all specific "Data Entry" amendments for a given period. Including those details of Company, account, & amount for "Data Entry" event.

    Currently, I have to highlight the "Data Entry" event in the system audit log, and then click "show details" button to investigate these specific details. It would be easier to have all information in one spreadsheet extract, so I can filter & search appropriately.
