Able to save dashboards and reports as favourites, with the filters and views set as per the user, Merged

Please can we request for features to be considered for the next Cognos upgrade. We would find it useful if we are able to save dashboards and reports as favourites, with the filters and views set as per the user, so that they both remain as a default, and bespoke to the user. With also the function to save and share these with other users. This would benefit us greatly in our goal to achieve a self-service model within our organisation.
