Improve Data Module references in reports

Currently, when selecting an item from a data module, the following "link" to that item is made:

[C].[C_<datamodule_name>].[QUERYSUBJECT].[ITEM]

However, the moment the data module is renamed, the report breaks..

To avoid compatibility issues, especially when renaming data modules, we therefore, for each item, manually adapt this to :

[QUERYSUBJECT].[ITEM]

But this is now being annoying – it needs to be done for every item we add from a data module. We understand this works this way because you need compatibility for using multiple data modules (although I strongly advise against this) but it would be a minimum to set in the Options > Report menu a possibility to by default use full indexed names or just the short forms
