Tabs in the portal to pin reports and dashboards Merged

In Cognos Connection 10.2.2 we had the ability to create pages as a placeholder for key reports and to provide the business with an overview of how are we doing. In Cognos Analytics this feature is obsolete, but the current ways of delivering content is not adequate to satisfy the business needs of quickly navigating to whats relevant for the respective user. I am therefore suggesting a band just below the top bar to drag'n'drop key reports and dashboards -favorites if you would like. Alternatively a Favorites area just below Recent -Again with drag'n'drop functionality.
