Ability to control package based routing options in deployment process

Assuming package based routing is set in a production environment. The routing properties will be overwritten and are unset after importing a deployment file that was created in an environment without packaged based routing. The requested functionality is to have an import option to decide whether the routing properties should be taken from the source or the target system.
