Add option to sort visualization items (like rows in crosstab) based on element attributes and hierarchy order (for OLAP)

We are missing option to sort axis and other items in visualization based on hierarchy natural order or based on elements attributes. Asc and desc options are not sufficient for most of the cases like years, periods or any dimension which has logical order or dependent on something usually expressed by attribute (typically different order of products for different company division managed via attributes).

There was a progress with custom sort but that might be used for small dimensions where manual sort is possible but not dynamic in case of new elements...it would require additional huge effort to maintain it manually and resort with any metadata change.
