New Cognos Role (License) which restricts Business Authors to a limited features in REPORTS Module

With migration of Cognos 10.x to Cognos 11.x, a big leap is seen in the moving away from Workspace Advanced, which for many Business Author community was a easy to use tool. Through WSA, the Business Author could create Adhoc Queries and Adhoc dashboards by simple drag and drop from Source columns and use of simple calculations and simple graphics.

However with Cognos 11.x, the WSA has been withdrawn and merged with RS (Report Studio) and now we call it the REPORTS Module. While REPORTS Module is very much the most desired tool among Report Writers, for Business Authors it is a way too complicated tool. So for Business Authors, we need to strip down certain complex areas by hiding them through use of new Cognos Roles which will allow to hide -
A) Query Item and Query explorer view
B) Prompt and Pages explorer view
C) Advanced Toolbox view
etc. - Similar to what WSA used to offer.
