Expire API Tokens at a set number of days

The Lockheed Martin security team would like to see a feature to set an API token expiration. Ideally users will be required to put an expiration date when generating a token.

Another option we would like to have is the ability to generate a report of tokens that are X days old (e.g. 365 days).  We also would like the ability to have an admin use manually force their expiration.

Thanks Joe for submitting the RFE. Given that LMCO will probably not want end users to set the API Token expiration date to some arbitrary value the feature enhancement should probably say something like "CP4D API Tokens should support Expiration dates based on Policies defined by Cloud Pak for Data Administrators. Also, we should provide the ability for Administrators to generate reports on API Tokens such as End user/active API token/ Expiration date etc."
