Identity Provider Basic Settings

The settings of the identity providers are currently inconsistent. There should be basic settings the same for all identity providers:

1) Disable Checkbox: -> at the moment I have to delete a identity provider to turn it off. Only the openshift provider has a disable. I would like to have ALL providers a disable button. This would help me to easy switch between configurations and not every time create them new.

2) available at login screen Checkbox: At the moment if I want to choose which identity provider should appear at the login screen. It is very annoying to every time enter a cp command in the terminal. And more worse I don't have permissions to do this. Every time I have to go to a workmate asking him to change it.

Every identity provider should have this two settings, like a class in java with basic functionality which I want to extend with specific settings.

I am sure you will find other settings also belonging to this basic set.
