Add more debug information for error [22001] [IBM] [DB2/NT64] SQL0302N

Ticket TS003868349

In a real-life application, I had a headache with error [22001] [IBM] [DB2/NT64] SQL0302N "The value of a host variable in the EXECUTE or OPEN statement is too large for its corresponding use."

Namely, in an application which deals with millions of insert / updates, there was an error with an insert / update or an open cursor.

But, nothing helps the developer to find which data causes the problem.

The support didn't achieve to help us, so I had to spend a lot of time to find the problem.

If this error could give more information at the time of the error, just give a trace of the host variable which causes trouble.

The real life error was a bad phone number !!! I could have found the error immediatly if only I had a trace of this string which gave troubles.
