DB2 Backup with file(tablespace/container) section backups similar to Oracle RMAN Merged

On Busy OLTP systems one or few tables might grow in size over time and which contributes to a single tablespace size increase and it directly impacts your db2 backup duration due to the fact that 1 tablespace = 1 parallel only at that point and we have to wait until it completes. The amount of table size increases at the point contributes directly to the duration of the backup. So to avoid this the competition like Oracle has a feature enabled called RMAN File section backup, where it splits the datafile/containers into several sections and backs up parallelly .

User side dont have to worry about any backup delays or need to performance any table rebalancing or purging retention and so on, in short its very convenient for DBA.

I would like IBM to work on similar solution and give us something like this for us.
