Make IDAA SQL Extensions available to the Db2 SQL API

By attaching an IDAA to our Db2 for z/OS we are adding analytics capability to the mainframe. Our data scientists are starting to exploit the capability, but need more SQL functionality (scalar functions) to be able to do analytics on all types of data. IDAA has got SQL functionality beyond what Db2 for z/OS currently provides. There are very useful functions in the SQL Extensions Toolkit that is already installed in IDAA. The lack of functionality in Db2 for z/OS when it comes to, for example, text analytics is in fact hindering us from taking advantage of the rich functionality in IDAA. We understand that it would be great if both Db2 for z/OS and IDAA has exactly the same functionality, but to be pragmatic it would be ok to let Db2 for z/OS allow SQL that it doesn't support by itself be sent to IDAA and be executed there. If it cannot be sent to IDAA, then Db2 for z/OS could fail the SQL. Our data scientists are, for example, asking for the regular expression functions like REGEXP_LIKE, REGEXP_SUBSTR, and REGEXP_REPLACE that is available in IDAA (and in Db2 for Linux, Unix, and Windows as well). They are also in need of the word comparison functions in IDAA.

A sister RFE is "Regular Expressions (regex) scalar function" with ID: 80173. It requests support for regex scalar functions within Db2 for z/OS which implicitly would open up for acessing the regex functions in IDAA.

This RFE is requesting access to already existing regex (and other) functions even though they are not yet implemented in Db2 for z/OS.
