Our bank Akbank would also benefit of this enhancement. Thanks.
I know of at least 2 customers who were not able to set ACCUMACC=NONE eventhough it is best practice recommendation and they had to set it higher because this feature was missing.thanks for submitting this AHA.
We at Natwest Bank will also immensely benefit if this level of granular control can be provided.
We do not currently have ACCUMACC set because we have a large variety of DDF activity and can not afford to chance losing the granularity for the longer-running, less frequent threads in case of an issue. But we have others that are quick-running and are overwhelming our SMF data. Having the option to rollup just for these AuthIDs would be tremendously helpful.
Dear Jeffrey,
Thank you for submitting this Db2 for z/OS enhancement request. We have reviewed this request and believe it is a good candidatefor the Db2 for z/OS product. However, it does not align within functionality prioritized for delivery within the next 12 months. Therefore, unfortunately, we are marking this idea as not under consideration. It will remain in our inventory and we may revisit this again in the future.
Sincerely,
The Db2 for z/OS team
