Our CIP team uses a CIP Web application penetration scan to detect the header display that leads to the display of Db2 Version information. We need the ability to surpress this from being displayed as it violates company security best practice

    Dear Frank, We located and reviewed the report provided, thank you. We believe the CIP Web application product area should address the request in this Aha! Idea, since Tools can query things like Db2 release level, etc. and display the information.

    Therefore, for now we are placing this idea in Not under consideration.

    If you have more information supporting the idea that this can be resolved by the Db2 for z/OS product, please attach it here and we'll be happy to reopen and review the additional information provided.
