Control DB2 z/OS IFCID 376 trace volume

When we need to turn on IFCID 376 trace to get information, the trace is an all or nothing setting for the system. In our case, the volume generates in excess of 56 million IFCID 376 records in a day. 99.9% of them are 1108: Long client special Reg value for RLF that we are not concerned about. But each time we need to trace for whatever reason, there is no way of eliminating these 99.9% of the large volume of records. It is both resource intensive to capture them, as well as a huge challenge when we need to review the trace output.

We need some control knob to have specific tracing, and have specific do not trace settings.
