IBM Unload doesn't support parameter AT LOCAL for UTC Timestamp columns

In a SELECT statement the parameter AT LOCAL is supported, for example:

SELECT
DCOLLID                         ,-- ='                  ' --CHAR(18)
DNAME                           ,-- ='        '           --CHAR(8)
TIMESTMP                        ,-- ='                   '--TIMESTMP
KOMMENTAR                        -- ='                   '--CHAR(50)
FROM DB2YD0XD.YD01TQR0
WHERE TIMESTMP    AT LOCAL < '2019-09-26-00.00.00.000000'

In an IBM Unload the parameter AT LOCAL is not supported, for example:

UNLOAD TABLESPACE YD01D.YD01SQR
    SHRLEVEL CHANGE
    FROM TABLE DB2YD0XD.YD01TQR0
    HEADER NONE
    WHEN (TIMESTMP AT LOCAL < '2019-09-26-00.00.00.000000')
INVALID KEYWORD - AT

You can find two sample unload JOBs as an attachment:

1) Column COL_TZ is defined as TIMESTAMP All is working as expected: SELECT with appropriate WHERE clause results in 1 row, the same is true for UNLOAD.

2) Column COL_TZ is now defined as TIMESTAMP WITH TIMEZONE SELECT returns again the one row, but UNLOAD returns now zero rows.
