There is growing demand to have longer first name, would like the MDM First name length be increased

Currently lot of jurisdiction has implemented IDS to support longer name, as there is a large demand to increase the name length due to many immigrants  come to north America . Example, Ontario Health has created IDS for name, which has below length:

Last = 75

First = 50

Middle = 50

Prefix = 20

Suffix = 50

Degree = 10

Title = 20

Alberta also has that need, we receive many complains from doctors that their name is not correct reflected .  It would be beneficial for all costumers if the out of box feature can be improved , then reduce cost for users to create its own IDS and do data migration
