Description :
issue 1 - Cannot Freeze the ID, Name etc. in preview collapse screen. These to be visible at all times. And scroll bar to be available at the Top & Bottom of screen.

In case if suspects having more details associated with , then user need to scroll down the screen for checking those details. On the same time, it's not possible to remember the party ID while scrolling down. If user want to find out the party for which the details belongs to,scrolling till top is the only option. Making the party details statis in screen will resolve the issue.

To view the details of Right pane, there is only 1 horizontal scroll option available in screen, that is at bottom. For a better UI experience, The same should be available on top.

issue 2 - Unwanted details are populated in Golden record(Combined record) drop-down.

In case if the suspects are Male, then it is better to display only Male selection in gender dropdown of the Golden Record.
InCase if the suspects have only passport & Driving Licence Id's , then instead of displaying all Id types, it is better to display only two option in the left pane dropdown.

Issue 3 : Save and Undo option required in Preview screen

In Preview Collapse screen, If the user edited any text boxes and decided to resume collapse later. There is No option to save the changes in UI.
Similarly, in case if user want to undo the last edited change, No UNDO option is available in Preview screen.

Issue 4 : Locate a work item using the name of any suspect associated

Now there is an option available for locating a work item with party ID. We have a client requirement to locate the work item by searching with name (first name , middle name or surname ) of "any" of the suspects. Exposing Comma separated names is a logic suitable for the resolution, but we are expecting better solutions from IBM.

Issue 5 : Allocated Date is expected instead of Due Date in Portal

By Default in the process portal, Due date will be displayed along with all tasks. Instead of Due time, customer required to display the task created time, ie Task allocated time in screen.

Issue 6 : System performance is very low in IE11 browser

For loading the same screens of collapse, Internet Explorer browser is taking 2 times , sometimes 3X delay compared to Chrome browser. Preview screen with huge data will load in 15sec using chrome (V79.0.3945.79), the same need 45sec for IE version 11.1130.17134.0.

Issue 7 : Timeout for huge payload of suspects

Services are getting timeout when dealing with party having 1000 accounts or while collapsing 100 suspects in one flow. Service equivalent to comparativePreviewCollapseMultipleParties OOTB is getting timeout for the above mentioned high payload scenarios.
Requesting IBM to suggest method for handling the above.

Issue 8 : Task search option in Team performance screen is failing for content copied from Skype chat

Searching for a work item need either user to type the exposed variable in search screen or to be copied from a notepad. Copying content from Skype chat is throwing error in screen and no results.
