Ability to display Pop-up message while moving from one workflow stage to another

IBM OpenPages native workflow capability allow users to configure a workflow for several business use-cases (e.g. RCSA). User can setup different stages (e.g. Scoping, Risk Assessment etc.) and setup actions to move from one stage to another. Workflow also allows user to setup more than one actions from one stage to multiple other stages. The problems that some of our customers facing are:

1. Clicking on the action too early
>> During RCSA process, user is not supposed to move to the next stage before scoping all the applicable Risks. It is not possible to put a condition/validation to identify how many Risks user should scope as part of the RCSA. However, a pop-up (as shown in attached document) can be used to inform/warn user to re-confirm the scoping before moving to the next stage.

2. Clicking on the wrong action that will take user to a different stage
>> When there are more than one actions initiating from a stage, there is always a possibility that user might click on a wrong action. Sometimes, validations and conditions prevents users to do this but there are always scenarios where validations and conditions are not applicable. In such scenarios, if the back action to the previous stage is not available, user need to contact OpenPages Administrator and get him back to the previous stage.

3. Accidentally marking the workflow as complete
>> If the user is on the last stage of the workflow, it is possible that user might accidentally submit the workflow for closure before completing certain actions. In such scenarios, user need to work with the OpenPages Administrator to re-open the workflow and move it to the desired state.

To tackle above mentioned scenarios, it would be helpful if it is possible to configure a pop-up box with a configurable/custom message that will inform/warn user before moving to the next stage or completing the workflow. This will help user to re-confirm his action and make sure everything is in place before moving to the next stage or completing the workflow.
