Zoom/scaling issue in contributor portal

Hi Team,


We are using below IBM PA versions in our Environment.


Planning Analytics Local: 2.0.9.14

PASS: 2.0.82

PAW: 2.0.83

PAX: 2.0.82


We are having white line issue appearing in dashboards (PAX Report) published on the contributor/pmpsvc portal. This issue is replicable with the chrome and edge browser. We are getting this issue on the below display settings.

  • System display - 100%

  • Browser zoom- 90%

When we are using any other combination of mentioned display setting, the issue is not replicable.

We are finding challenge due to this while presenting the reports to management, as it doesn't look good. You can understand the criticality.

It has been occurred mainly on non-white background. Since we have a specific requirement from business to use non-white background and it is a genuine request. A dashboard should not break (show white lines) at different zoom levels (at least at 80% or 120%).

We have raised a PMR case, number for reference (TS013219002). IBM support team also tested the same and confirmed that the issue is replicated in upgraded PASS versions as well.

We are expecting to have it incorporated this issue resolution in future releases.
