We need "Started(Service)", "Ended(Service)", "Task received by client" and "SIM PID" info in task_attributes table

I compare the difference between task.soamdb file and task_attributes table. I do notice when I do "soamview task" command, it will retrieve data from task.soamdb file. However, our users want to know "Started(Service)", "Ended(Service)", "Task received by client" and "SIM PID" info that do not save in task_attributes table. Is there a solution for this? so we can get this info in database. This issue is for both of Symphony 7.2 and 7.3. Thank you very much.

    Hi, this was requested from client. They want to get the data including these 4 items. We do have them in the task.soamdb file. However, it only keeps 4 days in our system. So far we just use command and find the info to them. Not sure these 4 item's value to users. Since Symphony 7.3 doesn't lost data in Task_attributes table as Symphony 7.2. I can do query better in database. It means we can query more than 4 days of data. I do consult our senior member in my team. He reply me this is a request from user. I know this will increase the data amount since we collect every 5 mins. Just see if IBM can help us to get these 4 more columns of data. Thank you very much.

    HI, what is the purpose/motivation to provide the 4 data to your users in Kibana dashboard, basically, what is the value for users to get such info?
