Add auditor ID or group as default to WKC catalogs and projects
When multiple users have permissions to create WKC projects the creator is the owner in the collaboration list - there are no other collaborators which means the WKC admin user cannot see the project. We need the WKC admin user to be added automatically to all projects when created. But since the WKC admin has special platform permissions we need an Auditor ID (preferably an Auditor Group) to also be added by default to all projects and catalogs. This would allow the Admin and Auditors to have access to the objects by default to provide support without having the project owner manually add the IDs. In a case where the projects need to be restricted the owner can remove these two IDs.
