Resource ID/Library ID to be a chart value

Since using Library ID to assist with copied records (Controls and Risks in our case) it would be useful to be able to use this field in charts on the dashboard so you can easily pick out how many of one ID you have.

Ability for admin to delete fields from the UI

Fields are often created in error or are no longer in use but they can never be deleted from OpenPages. This causes a lot of confusion in the administation screens. Admins should be able to at least hide these fields from their views
