Selective decompression of zipped filed

Currently when decompressing/unzipping the zip files in Drive explorer it is not possible to select files to unzip: the whole archive is decompressed. It would be useful to have the option of unzipping a selection of files from the archive.

Currently when DRAIN fails during REORG, a DISPLAY CLAIMERS is issued. The draw back is there is no "age" information, so user does not know which thread is the blocker, because the claimer could also be waiter.
