Automated Upload of PAW Users via CSV

At the moment Users and Roles need to be set by the Administrator or needs to be uploaded by an Administrator into the PAW System via the Administration Console. Currently Human Interaction is needed to do these Steps. In an Enterprise System with many Users this turns to be a bigger pain point for the customers since they usually automate all Security through the underlying Database TM1. Currently there is no workaround for this topic. A Solution could be to upload this CSV User File via a PowerShell Skript directly on the Server or to Set this Security by using REST Calls. Benefit would be the full automation of User Security via Domains.

I'm going to leave this enhancement request open and collect votes.

I'm generally aligned with the larger requirement for an external API in Planning Analytics Workspace to do the following:

1 - CRUD users (limitations in Planning Analytics on IBM Cloud because of invite process)

2 - Activate/Deactivate user accounts (by user or by group)

3 - CRUD groups including updating group memberships

4 - Update security on Workspace content (folders, books, views, etc)

    5 - Start/Stop/Restart TM1 databases

6 - LCM snapshot refresh and migration
