Consumers, have the Icon to Delete a Report in Team Content, even if they don't have permissions do to so.

Even when removing execute permissions form a consumer to run a report, the ellipses drop down shows Delete icon in Team Content. If they click on it, it says they don't have permission, they should not see the option.
