Resizing 'Select and Search' prompt and 'Change' default option

For Cognos Analytics 11.0.6 version I want to be able to increase the size for the "select and search' prompt(prompt layout size on the prompt page) and want that default option would be as 'Contains any of these keywords'.

issue DISPLAY BLOCKERS instead of DISPLAY CLAIMERS when DRAIN timeout

Currently when DRAIN fails during REORG, a DISPLAY CLAIMERS is issued. The draw back is there is no "age" information, so user does not know which thread is the blocker, because the claimer could also be waiter.
