Change DSNTIJSG from NON-UTS tablespaces to UTS tablespaces

IBM should not shipping sample jobs with deprecated function/syntax. Workaround is to editing the DSNTIJSG job so the tablespaces is created as UTS and all tables has it's own tablespace.
