Export Story To mp4 video

Add the ability to export a Story to a video file, like .mp4. It should auto-play through all slides (like RFE#100967), and ideally allow for saving at "low" and "high" resolution.

Date when user added into particular group

We would like to know when each user got access to Cognos. Currently when we add users into user group, we can see the user names only. We would like to see the date when individual user got added.
