Allow the passing of non-text attribute values into overwritable text attributes

Non-text attribute values (numeric, timestamps, amounts, etc) are unable to be passed into overwritable inputs or outputs which are defined as text. Would like the ability to pass the output of any attribute into an attribute defined as text.

User Preference settings for Case Management set up

Have one control setting for user preferences on how they want Investigation cases to look. It seems I have to set my column and field preferences for each queue. SP should have one control setting for cases.

Create error message or revert back to SS home page when a user is not configured in Guardian.

Support multi-sort and multi-filters within Queries

The old UI supported multi-sort within query results but that is no longer supported in the new UI. Additionally, being able to further customize filters with multiple values or a "does not contain" option would be beneficial.

Add columns to the Rule Analysis table

The Rule Analysis table should include all of the columns supported within the Rules table, including Rule Conditions, Rule Conclusions, Priority, Ruleset, Ruleset Priority, etc.

Force the system to register specific characters as normal text

Characters which provide specific function within Safer Payments such as (),{},~,*,? cannot be interpreted as plain text for rule writing. Merchant names, for example, may enter the system with these characters.
