Tenant Export Feature Enhancements

New National Language Support data type with variable size greater then 255 bytes.

The current NVARCHAR data type supports maximum of 255 bytes. In case of use UTF-8 it's not sufficient becuase it means to store about 127 UTF-8 characters.
